We offer purchasing options to fit any budget.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). We do not charge a credit card fee upon ordering, however there is a non negotiable or refundable 3% charge back fee if you use a credit or debit card and end up canceling your order.
Cash Purchases do require half down when you place your order and the other down when your building is delivered.
Traditional Financing and Rent to Own is another way to be able to place your order and receive your building when you don't want to reduce your cash flow.
Traditional financing can be obtained through a LOCAL third party bank Mutual Savings Association. Approval and Rates are based on credit score and debt to income ratio. Rates do start at 8.5% APR. We always recommend checking with your personal bank or credit union for the best rates, portable buildings are considered a high risk loan category and rates tend to be higher than a personal loan.
Rent to Own is not for everyone, if you are not wanting it to be put on your credit report or you don’t want to wait until you have saved enough money and need to purchase a shed, this option may be for you! It does cost more in the end if you choose RTO instead of financing, however you always have the option to pay it off early with out penalty (along with any remaining sales tax). The lease is on a month to month renewal and can be ended at any time by returning the building or you also have the option to reassign (you would be responsible for moving it and notifying the leasing company) to some one else at any time during the 36, 48 or 60 month time period. If you return a leased building your security deposit - down payment would be used for transportation cost to pick it up and will not be refunded to you.
A minimum deposit is required depending on the size of the building and the options you choose. If you choose not to pay the first months rent when you order your building it will be due 30 days from the date you sign the lease.
Security Deposit - Down Payments are as follows:
8' & 10' Wide Buildings (Base Models) - $100
12'' Wide Buildings (Base Models) - $200
14' & 16' Wide Buildings (Base Models) - $1,000
16x50 Buildings (Base Models) - $1,500
Any Buildings that have Insulation, Electrical and Lining will require 25% of the cost of building down
If you are adding just Insulation, Electrical or Lining you would pay for that cost out of pocket along with your deposit.
Rent to Principal Ratios are as follows -
36 Months - 60% Principal / 40% Rent
48 Months - 50% Principal / 50% Rent
60 Months - 45% Principal / 55% Rent
