Electrical can be added to your shed before it leaves the factory. 
100 amp panel with 10 Receptacles (lights, switches and / or outlets). You can upgrade to a 200 amp panel box, add receptacles and 220 v wiring for your shed or shed house. 
Lights are just the box and wires, you add your own fixture.  Switches and outlets do come with standard white face plates.  As in the last picture. 
220 volt wiring can be for a 3 prong or 4 prong.
